At Trenvo, we want you to absolutely love what you receive. Every order is packed with care, but if something doesn’t feel right, we’re always here to help make it better 💖


Return Eligibility

You can request a return, replacement, or refund if the product you receive is damaged, defective, incorrect, or if any item from your order is missing. To ensure quick assistance, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos showing the issue. Requests made after this time frame may not be eligible.


How the Process Works

Once you contact us and your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost. If a replacement is not available, we will process a refund. Our team will guide you through every step so the experience stays simple and stress-free for you.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, quality, and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for products that have been used, worn, or damaged due to improper handling. Items returned without original packaging or tags may also not be eligible for a return or refund.


Refund Timeline

Once the returned product reaches us and passes a basic quality check, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the issue occurred from our side.


Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

In the rare case that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video. We will quickly arrange a replacement or refund, depending on availability.


Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to damage, defect, or an error from our side, we will take care of the return shipping. For any other cases, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

At the moment, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. However, we are working on introducing COD soon, so please keep an eye on our updates 💕
