Every Trenvo order is packed with care and shipped straight from our warehouse in Delhi, India. We work with trusted delivery partners to make sure your goodies reach you safely and on time.
Where We Deliver
We ship across India – whether you’re in a big city or a cozy town, we’ve got you covered ✨
Order Processing Time
Your order is lovingly processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
This includes order confirmation, quality checks, and secure packaging.
During sales or high-volume days, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time 🚚
Once dispatched, your order usually reaches you within:
💖 Tier 1 / Metro Cities – 2 to 4 business days
💖 Tier 2 Cities – 3 to 6 business days
💖 Tier 3 / Remote Locations – 5 to 8 business days
Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier operations, weather, or local conditions.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are always shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
We also run free shipping offers on select products or order values from time to time ✨
Track Your Order 🧾
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the order cannot be delivered due to unavailability or incorrect address, it may be returned to our warehouse.
Change of Address
Need to update your delivery address?
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order is shipped, changes may not be possible.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds 💕
We want you to absolutely love what you order from Trenvo. If something isn’t right, we’re always here to help.
When Can You Request a Return?
You can request a return or replacement if:
✔ You received a damaged or defective product
✔ You received the wrong item
✔ Your order arrived incomplete or missing items
Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.
What Happens After You Contact Us
Once your request is approved:
💫 We’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost OR
💫 Offer a refund if a replacement isn’t available.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
✖ Products that have been used or worn
✖ Items damaged due to improper handling or misuse
✖ Products returned without original packaging or tags
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
At the moment, we do not offer Cash on Delivery.
However, we’re working on adding COD soon, so stay tuned 💖
