Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations:

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

Non-returnable items:
Certain items such as jewelry and personal accessories are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons unless damaged or defective.

Return shipping:
In case of approved returns, customers may be required to ship the product back as per instructions shared by our support team.
